First aid to victims

The course "First aid to victims" is a systematic training of students in methods and skills of providing emergency medical care to people who find themselves in a state of injury or illness.

During the course, students learn the basic principles and protocols of first aid, including assessing the condition of the victim, prioritizing assistance and using the necessary tools and materials.

Students will gain theoretical knowledge about the various types of injuries and diseases they may encounter, as well as learn to recognize their symptoms and signs. They will study methods to stop bleeding, restore breathing and cardiac activity, as well as ways to provide support for fractures, burns and other conditions.

The course also includes practical exercises and simulations that allow students to apply their knowledge in realistic scenarios. They will learn how to approach the victim correctly and safely, provide him with comfort and safety, as well as apply the necessary medical procedures.

The main purpose of the course is to develop students' confidence and competence in first aid.
