The Industrial Safety Program provides comprehensive knowledge and skills necessary to effectively ensure safety when working with hazardous objects in the vegetable raw materials industry. During the training, applicants will receive a comprehensive understanding of the requirements, standards and procedures related to the development of design, engineering and other documentation for hazardous facilities for the storage and processing of plant raw materials in accordance with the topic of Standard B.11.2.
The main topics of study are: 1. Introduction to safety when working with hazardous objects of plant raw materials:
- Identification of hazardous facilities and classification of hazardous processes in the vegetable raw materials industry.
- Legal and regulatory requirements for safety when working with hazardous objects.
- Risks and potential hazards associated with the storage and processing of plant raw materials.
2. Development of design and engineering documentation:
- Definition and formation of requirements and specifications for the design of safe facilities and systems for the storage and processing of plant raw materials.
- Creation of a project plan and work schedule.
- Development of the scheme of the object, sketches and drawings necessary for the design of safe facilities.
- Risk assessment and management at the design stage.
3. Development and approval of other security documents:
- Preparation of instructions for the safe operation of facilities for the storage and processing of vegetable raw materials.
- Development of action plans for the elimination of accidents, prevention and liquidation of emergency situations.
- Registration and approval of test reports and certificates of conformity of equipment and mechanisms.
4. Practical aspects of safety in the storage and processing of vegetable raw materials:
- Methods and techniques of control and safety at work.
- Staff training and development of training programs.
- Monitoring of parameters and conditions of storage and processing facilities for timely detection and prevention of possible accidents.
Throughout the training, attention will be focused on the practical application of the acquired knowledge in real situations, as well as on the exchange of experience and discussion of best practices in the field of industrial safety when working with hazardous plant raw materials.
