Participants will learn about the proper organization of work processes, planning and control of work, as well as the management of groups of builders and contractors. They will get acquainted with the principles of choosing and applying various protective measures, such as the use of personal protective equipment, marking and marking of safe zones, access control to hazardous areas and others.
